PRECIOUS Biannual Art Exchange Selections can apply for a free account to upload their artworks.
Participants who have successfully registered can upload entries from
6 Sep 2019 ( 12:00 GMT+8 ) to 14 Oct 2019 ( 23:59 GMT+8 ).
The number of entries is capped at 200.
The first 200 entries, according to the time when the entry finishes uploading, will enter the competition. The Preparatory Committee of PRECIOUS Biannual Art Exchange Selections reserves the right of final decision.
